This English version is a translation provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.

Purpose

This policy explains how Sinalp Sàrl processes the personal data of people who visit the Arclen website or contact us. It is drawn up under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data we process on behalf of our clients under a mandate is not covered by this policy: it is governed by the data processing agreement concluded with each client.

Controller

Sinalp Sàrl, Route de Vernier 110b, 1219 Châtelaine, Switzerland. Contact: contact@arclen.ch.

Data processed

Technical browsing data: on each visit, the host records technical logs (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser). These logs are used to keep the website running and secure.

Email exchanges: when you write to us, we process your email address, your name and the content of your message.

Appointment booking: when you book a call through Cal.com, this service collects the information you enter (name, email address, any message, chosen time slot) and passes it on to us.

Purposes

We process this data to answer your requests, organise and prepare appointments, keep the website secure and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your data and do not use it for marketing without your consent.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses no tracking cookies, no analytics tools and no advertising pixels. The Cal.com booking page, opened in a new tab, is subject to that service’s policy.

Recipients and transfers abroad

Your data is accessible only to the members of our team who need it. It is also processed by our technical providers: Vercel Inc. (website hosting) and Cal.com, Inc. (appointment booking), both established in the United States.

These transfers rely on the recipient’s certification under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where it exists or, failing that, on standard contractual clauses recognised by the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Retention period

Technical logs are kept for the period set by the host. Exchanges and appointment data are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any relationship that may follow, then deleted, subject to statutory retention periods.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@arclen.ch. We may ask you to prove your identity.

You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) in Bern, or the data protection authority where you live.

Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access and disclosure.

Changes

We may update this policy at any time. The version published on this website, with its date of last update, is authoritative.
