After several years in corporate finance and M&A in Geneva, Adrian led the redesign of reporting and due diligence processes for SMEs and asset management firms. He founded Arclen to bring that rigour to back offices in French-speaking Switzerland.

Your data is hosted and processed in Switzerland or the European Union, as you require. The exact scope is set in the data processing agreement, signed before we start.
It prepares: extraction, reconciliation, formatting, first checks. A team member reviews and approves every deliverable before it reaches you. The AI makes no decisions on your behalf.
Every step is traced, so the source of a discrepancy can be found and corrected quickly. Correction times and our liability are defined in the contract.
After the audit, taking over a first process usually takes two to six weeks, including the parallel-run period.
We work under a mandate whose term and exit conditions are agreed with you. At the end of the mandate, your data and the process documentation are handed back to you.
The price depends on the process and the volumes. After the audit, we give you a fixed-price offer: you know what you pay before you commit.
